I almost gave a good review but couldn't, given the appalling cleanliness of the room and the outdated furniture smell. The pool was closed when I needed a break, and yet no one attended to my comfort. Expecting a warm welcome gift? Sorry, that's just for 'regulars'. Definitely not impressed!

Thanks, I really enjoyed my stay. My stay was decent for 1 night. Big and luxurious units with a beautiful view as well as tea, and the staff were very, very nice! The outdoor restaurant was particularly good and offered appetising meals.

Amazing breakfast with a great selection of meals. Location just next door to the airport and main highways, both restaurants, and whole Egypt. Nice pool, parking onsite.

A verysuper clean and cozy room. I was really surprised by the excellent soundproofing. The warm welcome from Ahmed Mustafa and attentive staff added to the comfort. The free breakfast was a good start. Definitely a stellar choice for travelers!

The room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the beautiful garden with its lush greenery. The location in Heliopolis was also a highlight, easily accessible to local attractions.
Breakfast options were limited.

The check-in was quick and my room was really spacious and comfy. I enjoyed chilling by the beautiful garden and taking a dip in the refreshing swimming pool . The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but that didn't stop me from having a great time 🌟

The room was spacious with a lovely view. Service was excellent, especially the staff preparing breakfast boxes for us. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained. Loved the charming garden area too!

missingWrote a review on 29 Aprpoor hygiene
Breakfast lacks quality. Only instant coffee and limited fruit options like melon, orange, and green apple don't cut it. The main building shows age with heavy carpeting and persistent cigarette smells. Room cleanliness seems questionable, and in-room dining experience suffers from poorly maintained trays that feel like they've crossed eras, lacking basic hygiene. The ambiance can feel restrictive due to the strict Islamic practices.

comfortable stay but room for improvement
The reception staff were friendly, particularly Mostafa. My room was equipped with a full set of bathroom items, including shaving cream and a toothbrush, a nice touch. The garden view from my balcony was tranquil, nice for peaceful moments of relaxation.
